Abstract:The effect of solid solution temperature on the shape memory effect and martensite transformation temperature of Cu-18Al-10Mn alloy were studied. Experiment results showed that after quenching and up quenching heat treatment
the shape recovery rate of the alloys increased when the solid solution temperature changed from 650 ℃ to 900 ℃
and reached the maximum value at 850 ℃. With the solid solution temperature increasing
the temperature of martensite transformation increased.
