中文摘要: 针对航空钣金机匣材料难于成形,且成形后的产品精度难以控制等问题,本文以高温合金GH3030为材料,在阐明钣金机匣冷态强旋成形回弹理论与载荷作用机制基础上,使用SIMUFACT.FORMING有限元软件,导入实验室之前所得到的GH3030的本构方程,在软件中建立了航空机匣锥形件冷强旋的仿真模型,分析了旋轮间隙,旋轮进给比以及芯模半锥角对钣金机匣冷态强旋成形回弹与载荷影响规律;采用正交试验得到了各工艺参数对回弹角度影响的主次规律,并得到最优工艺参数组合;采用BBD试验方法,得到旋压最大成形力与旋压参数的量化回归模型,对回归方程进行方差分析,计算它的多元相关系数、可信度、精确度,结果表明该模型的可信度和精准度较高,并取点验证,发现误差在10%以内,回归模型较为精准。最后进行了旋压实验,对比分析了仿真结果与旋压实验实测结果的回弹角度,其平均误差在6.2%以内,验证了仿真结果的可靠性。本文的研究结果为实现高温合金钣金机匣锥形件冷强旋的精确成形提供了理论指导和技术支持。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that the aviation sheet metal casing material is difficult to form and the precision of the formed product is difficult to control, this paper takes the superalloy GH3030 as the material. On the basis of clarifying the springback theory and load mechanism of the cold strong spinning forming of the sheet metal casing, the SIMUFACT.FORMING finite element software is used to import the constitutive equation of GH3030 obtained before the laboratory, and the simulation model of the cold strong spinning of the conical part of the aviation casing is established in the software. The influence of the roller gap, the roller feed ratio and the half cone angle of the mandrel on the springback and load of the cold strong spinning forming of the sheet metal casing is analyzed. The primary and secondary rules of the influence of each process parameter on the springback angle were obtained by orthogonal test, and the optimal process parameter combination was obtained. The BBD test method was used to obtain the quantitative regression model of spinning maximum forming force and spinning parameters. The regression equation was analyzed by variance analysis, and its multivariate correlation coefficient, reliability and accuracy were calculated. The results show that the model has high reliability and accuracy. And take the point verification, found that the error is within 10 %, so the regression model is more accurate. Finally, the spinning experiment was carried out, and the springback angles of the simulation results and the measured results of the spinning experiment were compared and analyzed. The average error was about 6.2 %, which verified the reliability of the simulation results. The research results of this paper provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the accurate forming of cold strong rotation of superalloy sheet metal casing conical parts.
